DNA Training Conferences

Our popular series of in-person DNA training seminars continues in 2010 with a two-day conference, "DNA and Victims," in April and two one-day seminars, "The CSI Effect: Maximizing the Potential of DNA," slated for fall.


The Impact of Forensic DNA on Victims

This two-day conference will be held in Spring 2010. It is free, and OVC/VOCA grantees can use grant funds to cover travel costs to attend. Speakers will be national experts in victims' rights, victim services, and the science and criminal justice application of forensic DNA.

The CSI Effect: Maximizing the Impact of Forensic DNA

Two one-day trainings will be held in fall 2010. The trainings are free and lunch is provided. Speakers are national experts on the law enforcement applications of DNA. See a sample agenda from a past training.
