Local On-line Resources:

Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence
This is a useful site. From here you can view many publications including their fact sheets on protection from abuse orders, stalking, and workplace violence. There is also a guide titled An Advocate's Guide to Full Faith and Credit for Orders of Protection and reviews of intimate partner homicides in Pennsylvania.

Pennsylvania State University
The University offers advice and a brochure listing resources such as counseling, reading materials and information about requesting an administrative directive from the university to keep student stalkers away from their victims.

Lehigh University
The Women's Center provides a useful page on stalking/harrassment that is relevant to students of the university or Pennsylvanians in general. Advice is provided on how to deal with stalking encounters and what to do about them. For university students, the site provides contact information for administrators that can help the victim.

Clarion University
This is a very useful brochure (in PDF format), aimed towards Clarion students, but the practical advice for stalking victims is particularly relevant. The brochure discusses the various categories of stalkers, Pennsylvania stalking statutes, and ways the University can help stalking victims.
